How is data security enforced?

Our IT model is designed so that your systems and data always remain in your environment. Satellite Office provides the secure physical tools, infrastructure, and controlled access your offshore team needs to work — but we do not access, store, or manage your internal platforms or information. That separation gives you peace of mind that your sensitive data stays fully within your control, while still benefiting from enterprise-grade protection and compliance. 

We also maintain ISO/IEC 27001 certification with 24/7 SOC monitoring, endpoint protection, and regular internal audits to ensure operations are secure at every layer. 

Who manages my team day-to-day?

You do. Your offshore staff work just like an extension of your local team — using your software, following your processes, and reporting directly to your managers to achieve your KPIs.

Satellite Office provides the support structure that makes this seamless, covering HR and legal support, payroll and compliance, recruitment, and performance management. You stay in control of workflows and outcomes, while we take care of the rest.  

Can we visit the Philippine offices?

Absolutely. Many of our clients travel to meet their teams in person. We’ll help arrange travel logistics, visas, and local accommodation if needed. 

How do you upskill staff?

Most training is delivered by you, since staff follow your processes and systems. Our L&D team can help develop onboarding and training materials, while our SO-LEAD platform supports ongoing learning and development. 

What happens if performance drops?

We identify the cause early and work with you to improve results through coaching or performance plans. If needed, we’ll manage transitions seamlessly.
